Shipping Info:

All orders are shipped either USPS. Ground Advantage Mail (3-5 days), Priority Mail (1 to 3 days). or Priority Express (1-3 days with a USPS money back guarantee) within the US. I use USPS Priority Mail International (8-10 business days) to ship to the UK. Timing is USPS approximations. You should make a claim with USPS. for late arrivals, lost or stolen packages, and undelivered packages.

For items that need to be made (I will let you know), please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, especially around the Holidays. I ship all items together, so if something needs to be made, I will wait to ship the entire order. If in a rush, please text 787-435-6850. I will try my hardest to get your order made and mailed ASAP.

Shipping Rates:

USPS Ground Advantage Mail: Jewelry is shipped in a padded envelope. The cost is $3, plus a handling fee of $11. Price includes tracking and $100 insurance. If all the jewelry does not fit in an envelope, I will ship the order Priority Mail in a small flat-rate box and invoice you for the additional charge.

USPS Priority Mail: Jewelry is shipped in a small flat-rate box. The cost is $3 plus a handling fee of $14 per order. Price includes tracking and $50 insurance. If all the jewelry does not fit in a small flat-rate box, I will ship the order Priority Mail in a medium flat-rate box and invoice you for the additional amount.

U.S.P.S. Priority Express Mail: Jewelry is shipped in a Priority Express small flat-rate envelope or box. Price includes tracking and $100 insurance.
- Before placing your order, Please text 787-435-6850 to see if your time frame is doable. Once I confirm, finish ordering. Note in the comment section: "RUSH DELIVERY". Select Priority Express Mail upon check-out so that the order will go through. I will send you a PayPal invoice or my PayPal address for costs.

USPS Priority Mail International to the UK. Jewelry shipped in a small flat-rate box is $45, plus a handling fee of $11. Price Includes tracking and $200 insurance. Please note in the comment section at checkout if you need additional insurance. I will notify you of the additional charge. Once paid, I will ship the item. If you order more than 3 items, please contact me for additional shipping charges.

ADDITIONAL INSURANCE: If u want additional insurance for Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Express, or Priority International shipping, please let me know in the comments box upon ordering. Insurance depends on the amount of purchase & distance. The amount will vary. I will invoice you for the additional cost.

Returns accepted, on original condition, ready made items, within 7 days after you receive your order, for a refund, minus 30% restock fee & PayPal charges. Contact me immediately upon receipt of items. All shipping charges, including requested insurance, are non-refundable.

Please include a copy of your order with the item you are returning.

Custom made & Custom sized, One of a kind & Sale items are NOT refundable.

Any mistakes on my part in size, color etc. will be corrected and re-shipped, free of charge.
